IN MS Office we can work with some documents with easy. but in OOo it 
considered as need to be improved. 
in MS office we can use:
Window > Arrange all or Window > Split. 
If we have this on OOo it will make our live easier when dealing with multi 
documents at same time. as we can arrange one doc at top and the other in the 
bottom, and we did not need to rezize the iwndow manually.

This issue is almost identical, and can be considered a duplicate of, Issue
19291 or Issue 19292.

utomo99 > Issue 19291 has many votes. You might consider voting for if it if
this problem is important to you.

But I think the correct component is not only word processor. 
I think UI is more correct.
