Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 53746
Ability to create and display more then one page of labels
Last modified: 2014-04-07 11:43:48 UTC
Ability to create and display more then one page of labels If you go to File>New>Labels Under the Label tab, under Format, select Sheet, Avery Letter size, 5160, and select New Document... It only will display one page of labels, doesn't matter or not if you manually fill up the page of labels or do a mail merge it will only display one page. Doing a mail merge will print out multiple page but will not display more then one.
MRU->HI: please evaluate.
Reassigned to requirements. As workaround, you can run the MailMerge wizard over Menu Tools - Mail Merge Wizard... and choose at the last step: "Save merged document" - "Save as single document" (By using your label document which has already a defined database).
The work around is way cool, but it will only allow you to edit the very top left hand label, all the rest are read only. Any thoughts?

This is still a feature wish request in OOo 2.4 ... This has been requested hundreds of times from all the users here because this was possible in Word Perfect.
