Description boardquake 2005-12-06 15:50:44 UTC
In navigator, if you're viewing, say, level 2 headings,
and you want to expand your view to level 3 headings,
navigator jumps to the first heading in the document regardless of your position
in the navigator pane.
As a result, you have to scroll down to where you were earlier.

I Propose to leave the navigator position where it is, so that if you want to
see deeper into a particular section, you can.

MRU->OS: the focussed heading should not be left when the number of shown levels
in the navigator is increased.

Is this still not fixed?

It is my observation that the "heading levels shown" button does not work
anymore on Ooo 3.0.1. Changing the "heading levels shown" does not in anyway
change the display (but the cursor stays on the current level, at least).
